After 20 years in the restaurant industry, I decided that it was time to realize a life-long dream and start my own business. Growing up, I spent many hours cooking with and learning from my parents and brother. I have always enjoyed the feeling that comes from feeding my family and friends a home cooked meal.
Now I want YOU to enjoy the experience!
The mission of Orange Blossom Catering is to provide you with delicious, satisfying, home cooked meals. Food that will make you feel good! Everybody deserves that!

I started teaching my son to cook when he was about 5 years old. Now at 13, he has grown into quite a good cook. He's adventurous and totally up for trying anything.
That really sparked the passion to teach others. I think so many people are afraid, or intimidated by trying a new recipe or branching out of their comfort zones.
With flashy social media posts and tons of fancy videos out there, I get it, it can be intimidating.
But we are down to earth, real people who just love to cook and eat. We just want to share that!
Private Dinners
Whether you're planning an intimate celebration or a big life milestone, our private dining service brings the experience to you. Our team provides this in the comfort of your own home or venue of your choosing. We handle all the details from menu planning, shopping, cooking, serving and clean up. You get to a guest at your own event.
Hastings Supper Club Dinner
Join us monthly for a night of delicious, locally-sourced food and community building. We aim to create a cozy environment where you can meet new people, relax and enjoy the bounty that our area has to offer. From beautiful produce, the freshest seafood, meats, cheeses and breads, we lovingly create a menu with the Season in mind and paying respect to the gifts or our area.
Cooking Classes
Classes are available for all stages of life and level of comfort. Whether its a child with a new interest in cooking, teen going off to college, date night, group party, individuals interested in learning basic cooking skills or growing their skill set, our cooking classes are designed for everyone! We focus on hands-on skill development, multi-cultural cuisine and social connections.
Full Service Catering
As a full-service catering company, we carefully design menus based on our customers' budgets, dietary restrictions, guest count and every other factor concerning our customers' requests. Personalized service is given beginning with an initial consultation, a quote and several menu options. We realize that everyone's needs are different, and we take pride in keeping our original Mission Statement alive and well: everybody deserves good, carefully made, beautifully served food.
